Today I'm sharing my best tips and products to keep your skin healthy, hydrated and radiant this fall.

Why change your skincare routine in the fall?

As the seasons change, your skin changes too. In the summer the air is often more humid, and your skin may produce more sebum. But as autumn begins, humidity drops and the cold wind can dry out your skin. This means that your skin no longer needs the same care as during the warm months. It's time for more hydration and nutrition!

Step 1: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Hydration is super important in the fall. The cold, dry air can cause your skin to lose moisture faster, leaving it feeling tight and dull. To combat that, I like to use products that help my skin retain moisture.
