Customer Care Expert (24-32 hours)
Your role as a shining center
As a Customer Care Expert you will become the new warm face of Våra Organics (next to me, Sanne!). Together we help our customers make the very best choices for their skin. You are great at communication and you share our love for natural care!
This is what you will do
- Providing skincare advice like a pro via email, telephone and WhatsApp
- Manage all questions about orders and shipments
- Thinking about how we can make our service even better
- Creating cool content for our FAQ and knowledge base
- Looking for what our customers really want (and sharing that with the team)
Who are you?
- You write like you talk: warm, natural and with personality
- Natural skin care makes you happy (maybe you're even a little skincare obsessed?)
- You like structure and overview (chaos is not your thing)
- Dutch and English? Piece of cake!
- Experience in customer service is nice, but not a must

Marketplace Specialist (32-40 hours)
Grow with us
As a Marketplace Specialist, you help Våra Organics shine on various online platforms. You will be in charge of our presence on places such as Bol.com and Amazon. Cool right?
This is what you will do
- Run our marketplace accounts like a pro
- Create compelling content that sells
- Analyze data and trends
- Making sure we never have to say 'no'
- Come up with cool campaigns with our marketing team

- You know the marketplace world like the back of your hand
- Data makes you happy and you know how to turn it into chocolate
- Details are your best friends
- Nederlands en Engels? No problem!
- You are a real go-getter who likes to take initiative
